SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Coverage:

We deliver PAN India through our trusted courier partners.

2. Dispatch Time:

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after successful payment.

3. Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
    • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 working days
    • Remote Areas: 7–10 working days

4. Shipping Charges:

We offer Free Shipping on most products. Any applicable charges will be mentioned during checkout.

5. Order Tracking:

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking ID and courier details. You can track your order from the “My Orders” section or via courier website.

RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

1. Returns Eligibility:

We only accept returns or replacements for the following conditions:

    • Product received is damaged or defective
    • Wrong product delivered
    • Missing parts or incomplete delivery

Note: We do not offer returns for products that are used, damaged due to misuse, or ordered by mistake.

2. Timeframe to Raise a Request:

3. Replacement Process:

    • We will verify the claim through photos/videos.
    • If approved, we will send a replacement part or complete unit, depending on the issue.
    • Return pickups may be arranged for major defects (location-dependent).

4. Return Conditions:

    • Item must be in its original packaging with all accessories/manuals.
    • Product must be unused and in re-sellable condition.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Assembled or used ride-on vehicles
    • Products with minor cosmetic wear (scratches, box damage)
    • Customized products

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Before Shipping:

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by contacting our team.

2. After Shipping:

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may reject the delivery, but return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

WARRANTY POLICY

1. Warranty Coverage:

We provide a 6-month limited warranty on:

    • Battery
    • Motor

2. What’s Not Covered:

    • Physical damage, water damage, or electrical damage
    • Damage caused by incorrect assembly or misuse
    • General wear and tear

3. Warranty Support:

We offer support via video calls, and spare parts can be shipped if repairs are needed post-warranty.

PACKAGING DAMAGE DURING DELIVERY

  • If the outer box is damaged at the time of delivery, please take photos/video before opening.
  • Please take photos/video while opening. If the product inside is damaged, raise a return/replacement request within 48 hours.
