4. Shipping Charges:
We offer Free Shipping on most products. Any applicable charges will be mentioned during checkout.

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking ID and courier details. You can track your order from the “My Orders” section or via courier website.
RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY
1. Returns Eligibility:
We only accept returns or replacements for the following conditions:

- Wrong product delivered
- Missing parts or incomplete delivery
Note: We do not offer returns for products that are used, damaged due to misuse, or ordered by mistake.

CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Before Shipping:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by contacting our team.
2. After Shipping:
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may reject the delivery, but return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
WARRANTY POLICY

- If the outer box is damaged at the time of delivery, please take photos/video before opening.
- Please take photos/video while opening. If the product inside is damaged, raise a return/replacement request within 48 hours.
